A three-stage cutting temperature heats the blade to 230 degrees Celsius. A four-stage cutting temperature heats the blade to 360 degrees Celsius. A five-stage cutting temperature heats the blade to 450 degrees Celsius. The time to reach the maximum blade temperature of 450 degrees Celsius is 5 minutes.
With a movable bracket on the blade of the thermal cutter of extruded polystyrene, it is possible to adjust the depth of cut of the thermal cutter from 15 to 100 mm. At the same time, the movable bracket protects the hot blade against accidental contact with the surfaces.
