General description of the 907 kg hand winch

The hand winch is distinguished by its robust and waterproof construction for versatile use.

The winch can be easily screwed to a solid base with built-in holes (holes) and an embedded transverse profile print on the underside of the winch support steel plate.

When properly installed, the winch allows up to 907 kg of load.

The winch has a 10 m long steel cable connected with a diameter of Ø 5.1 mm. The steel wire (zajla) has a steel hook (carabiner) connected at the end, which contains a safety device to prevent the load from disconnecting or falling out of it.

The hand winch has a built-in synchronous (simultaneous) locking mechanism, which enables at the same time a gradual, step lock of the sprocket when winding or developing a steel braid. The mechanism facilitates winding and unwinding of the soot by preventing the threaded lever from being suddenly released and by constantly locking the threaded sprocket to prevent uncontrolled development of the braid. The mechanism also makes it easy to switch between winding and unwinding the braid by simply moving the lock.

The winding of the steel cable is enabled at two speeds, by releasing or engaging the gears connected in series and simultaneously shifting the threaded lever. The first gear has four gears of different diameters connected in series. Such a layout offers slow winding, or unwinding, with less manual force. The second speed enables faster winding and unwinding, with greater manual force, with two gears with different diameters connected in series. Rapid development of the braid is enabled by simply pulling the braid out of the threaded drum.

The winch is ideal for nature lovers, sailors, hunters, foresters, farmers, 4x4s, adventurers, etc.

The hand winch is designed to pull and pull loads. The winch is not intended for lifting loads. In the event of lifting loads, the technical capacity of the hand winch changes.
