Automatic fuel tap 75 L / min with digital meter
Diesel fuel (gas oil - oil), heating oil, petrol and kerosene can be filled with an automatic refueling gun with a digital counter. The automatic fuel tap with analogue meter has a built-in automatic (automatic) shut-off valve of the fuel flow, which interrupts the flow when the full tank (tank) is reached.
The maximum possible flow of the automatic refueling lever with analogue meter is 75 L / min. The pouring speed can be easily adjusted by pressing the handle with one hand. It is also possible to adjust the tapping via a three-stage pin located on the handle. The pin can be set to the desired value with one hand by pressing the handle of the refueling gun, and the filling tap will maintain a steady flow of fuel. Also, the preset automatic tapping power can be interrupted by a simple one-handed grip of the handle.
The automatic tap for refueling with a meter has a handle, and most of the housing is ribbed (profiled), which consequently allows a firm grip, and comfortable and safer work. It is also easier to clean. Most of the housing of the automatic dispenser handle is built of robust cast steel. The 18 cm tap tube consists of a high quality and solid, stainless aluminum alloy. On the lower, outer and upper side of the handle, there is an adapted groove for easy placement of the handle on the adapted holder.

Fuel tap 75 L / min, has a high-precision turbine digital meter for measuring fuel flow. The accuracy of measuring the fuel flow on the meter is ± 0.2%. The turbine meter has magnetic sensors built into the turbine blades, due to which the flow measurement takes place without contact and without causing friction. This method of flow measurement contributes to the high accuracy of the 0.2% meter and its long service life.

The accuracy of fuel flow measurement on both meters is ± 0.2%.
The digital flow meter can be purposefully calibrated manually when dispensing different liquids with different composition. Kerosene thus has a different composition than diesel fuel, so higher deviations in flow measurement may occur. In this case, the kerosene is poured into a measuring container with accurately imprinted measuring markings. If the amount of kerosene refilled on the fuel gauge is 100 liters, but in fact 103 liters of kerosene are filled in the tank according to the measuring markings, then the digital turbine fuel flow meter can be calibrated at the push of a button to at the next flow showed a more precise quantity.
