Important instructions for returning items

We enable the return of goods within 14 days of purchase and guarantee the return of your purchase price. Pursuant to Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the option to withdraw from a distance contract, or the consumer has the right to notify the company in writing within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract without stating the reason for his decision. The cancellation of the order is subject to the provisions of the general terms and conditions and the applicable legal provisions on the return of goods. The provisions of Article 43c of the Consumer Protection Act apply to the return of goods. The return of the received goods within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. If these conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price to the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than thirty days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract! If the customer receives defective or damaged goods, he may return them within the statutory period of 15 days after receipt. The goods are returned to the company Proton d.o.o. unused, in the original packaging and in the condition in which it was when it was delivered to you. In this case, the entire purchase price is returned in cash, via postal order or transaction account, no later than 15 days from the return of the goods.

The buyer cannot return the ordered goods if the original packaging is open (for computer programs, computer games, and audio and video recordings), or if the label that protects the product from unauthorized interference is damaged (Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act)

Proton d.o.o. is not obliged to accept the goods outside the warranty if the goods are damaged, defective or incomplete, unless the goods were in such condition before acceptance by the buyer and he immediately notified Proton d.o.o. of the defect. In the case of a refund, a copy of the original invoice must be attached. Return of goods outside the warranty framework must be made infifteen days after receipt, which is considered a withdrawal from the contract. The buyer is obliged to bear the costs incurred in returning the goods.
