Electric cutter for concrete, asphalt and screed 3000 W 250 mm
Description of electric cutter for concrete, asphalt and screed 3000 W 250 mm
The electric cutter for concrete, asphalt and screed is intended for grooving, milling and removal of excess layers of screed floors and other concrete or asphalt substrates in a width of 250 mm. With the help of a cutter, we can immediately remove unwanted floor markings and drawn floor markings.
The electric cutter for concrete, asphalt and screed has a built-in three-phase electric motor with a power of 3000 Watts. The three-phase electric motor of the electric cutter is distinguished by a simpler and at the same time less perishable design, and lower energy consumption compared to a petrol engine or a single-phase electric motor, which usually do not reach such a high power. With the built-in electric, it is possible to work indoors, as the electric motor does not emit harmful emissions to living beings or the environment. The electric motor does not require refueling or maintenance to the extent required by a gasoline engine (generator) with internal combustion.
The electric screed cutter has 108 built-in milling (groove) blades, which can be removed and replaced in the event of wear.
The electric asphalt cutter has a built-in handle for easy quick lifting and lowering from the treated surface. In the raised position, the electric milling machine is ready for transport with the help of the built-in four rubber wheels, and in the lowered position for work. With two rubberized and profiled handles for pushing the machine and more comfortable and safer work, there is a large manual rotary screw at your fingertips for fine adjustment of the milling depth. A simple red locking handle on the grooving depth adjustment screw prevents the milling depth from moving from the preset.
The electric cutter for concrete, asphalt and screed is distinguished by simple, robust and stable construction. On the front of the cutter we find an additional metal handle for easier transport, and on the back there is an initial part of the suction hose to which the vacuum hose for dust extraction can be connected.
