High frequency vibrating needle for concrete - centric connection
The high-frequency vibrating needle for fresh concrete is not intended for construction companies and other craftsmen who deal with the concreting of foundations, concrete slabs and concrete walls on a daily basis. With high-frequency vibrations, it will satisfy all the need to remove unwanted air bubbles from fresh concrete. With constant and strong vibrations, the concrete will spill into every corner of the surface intended for concreting and will eventually be distributed in a relatively flat surface. Vibrated concrete that does not contain air bubbles significantly improves the anti-seismic parameters of new buildings.
The flexible vibrating shaft consists of strong and impact-resistant rubber, which is wrapped with a steel braid in addition to the vibrating needle in addition to the vibrating needle.
The high-frequency vibrating tube can be quickly and easily connected to the electric motor (motor unit) by hand, as no additional tools are required. The vibrating tube is connected to the motor unit (electric motor) with a simple one-way lock by means of a double-sided handle.
