General description of a high-frequency vibrating needle with a 2300 W locking connection
The 2300 W vibrating needle is not intended for construction companies and other craftsmen who are engaged in concreting foundations, concrete slabs and concrete walls on a daily basis, and in their work they vibrate approximately 35 m³ of concrete per hour with one vibrating needle. With 18,000 vibrations per minute, it will satisfy all the need to eliminate unwanted air bubbles from fresh concrete. With constant and strong vibrations, the concrete will spill into every corner of the surface intended for concreting and will eventually be distributed in a relatively flat surface. Vibrated concrete that does not contain air bubbles significantly improves the anti-seismic parameters of new buildings.
The additionally improved and additionally strengthened high-resistance housing of the electric motor (motor unit - electric motor) consists of strong polycarbonate ABS plastic (ABS + PC alloy), which reduces vibrations, but also helps with water resistance and is highly resistant to shocks. The electric motor is made to withstand a fall from a height of 1.5 m, a water resistance test is performed, as a double seal is built into the housing (unnecessary safety contact with water is not recommended for safety reasons - immersion of the electric motor in liquid is strongly discouraged design intended primarily to protect the electrical device from drops spraying when vibrating concrete concrete). In addition, the rear slot for the cooled electric motor is strongly protected and covered against damage and the entry of unwanted foreign matter. Additional protection, air draft, directs to the ground, and with its narrowness prevents the suction of water or other foreign matter as much as possible. The exhaust outlet, for air cooling of the electric motor, is protected and reinforced from damage and from the introduction of unwanted foreign bodies instead of plastic, with a strong metal protective net.
Due to higher safety, the electric motor is fitted with double electrical insulation, and the electric cable is additionally reinforced and prevents excessive bending and physical damage.
The vibrating needle has also been tested for 72 hours of continuous operation, and in the event of an overload of the vibrating needle, the vibrating needle automatically shuts itself off. The red overload safety switch provides automatic shut-off in the event of an overload, which indicates to the user that the vibrating needle is overloaded in the event of an overload. The red pre-overload switch is also a reset switch on which the user presses when overloaded, thus enabling the vibro needle to operate again after a few minutes.
The flexible vibrating shaft consists of strong and impact-resistant rubber, which is wrapped with a steel braid in addition to the vibrating needle in addition to the vibrating needle.
In addition to the 2300 W electric motor, the package also includes a 6-meter vibrating tube with a diameter of 35 mm and a shoulder strap for easy carrying of the electric motor (motor unit).
The motor unit (electric motor) weighs 4.8 kg, so the vibrating needle in combination with a shoulder strap and a large transport handle with an embossed anti-slip impression is relatively easy and tireless to carry around the work environment.
The vibrating hose can be quickly and easily connected to the electric motor (motor unit) with your hands, as no additional tools are required.
The vibrating tube is connected to the motor unit (electric motor) with a simple one-way lock by means of a double-sided handle. The double-sided handle makes it easy to pull out the lock to connect the vibrating tube and prevents, and simplifies, the moving vibrating tube from getting stuck on the electric motor, which can happen with a threaded connection when vibration causes overstretching. With a simple but reliable lock, it is also impossible for the vibrating tube to come off during work. The vibrating tube can be quickly and easily connected to the electric motor (motor unit) with your hands, as no additional tools are required.
