Learning microscope with digital camera
General description of a learning microscope with a digital camera
A learning microscope with a digital camera and adjustable backlight with a wide range of accessories is the perfect microscope for beginners. As a gift, the whole set of accessories is very suitable for young people whose parents want to arouse curiosity after research and early learning. Also, the teaching microscope with attached tools can be used in sciences such as biology, botany, education, philately (collection and study of postage and tax stamps) and entomology (study of insects and other arthropods). The teaching microscope and associated accessories are manufactured in accordance with the certificate, which prescribes quality management systems in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
The learning microscope has a built-in rotating revolver with three-lens slots, on which a four-fold magnification lens, a ten-fold magnification lens, and a forty-fold magnification lens are mounted. In conjunction with the two added interchangeable wide-field eyepieces in a tube (wide-angle eyepiece) WF10x with tenx magnification and WF16x with 16x magnification, the observed objects can be observed during microscopy with a minimum magnification of forty times and a maximum of 640x magnification.
The rotating revolver with three locations for the lenses allows you to quickly change the magnification, and comfortable work with the microscope, as it is not necessary to store the lenses. Nevertheless, unscrewing and replacing an individual lens on a revolver is easy. The monocolar tube is tilted by 45 degrees and rotated by 360 degrees, which simplifies use, as any movement of the microscope during work and thus movement of the object is not required. The monocolar tube has a built-in pin that prevents unwanted rotation of the tube.
Adjusting the sharpness during the observation of the object, under high magnifications, is done with two large macrometer screws with which we move exactly up and down the 90 x 90 mm table on which the observed object is. The microscope table has two self-adjusting holding grips for holding the slide. Adequate illumination of the observed object is prepared by two light-emitting diodes. The first, handy wireless LED in the shape and size of a ballpoint pen that can be inserted into the bore of the microscope handle (frame, microscope arm) illuminates the sample from the side, adding reflective light. The second LED illuminates the sample from below, thus adding a translucent illumination of the sample with light from below. Reflective light is very important for observing translucent patterns such as leaves, small insects, etc .. The handy wireless LED in the shape and size of a ballpoint pen can be used to illuminate anything from any side, as it is powered by two supplied size battery packs AAA. Under the 90 x 90 mm table of the learning microscope, intended for the storage of observed objects, there is a six-color rotating plate with six colored glasses (filters) which, when light is transmitted, make very bright patterns easier and more accurately visible. The six-color rotating plate contains lenses with blue, light blue, green, yellow, purple, and colorless.
The power supply of the double illumination of the microscope is arranged via a connection cable with a supply voltage converter. The length of the electrical connection cable with the voltage transformer is 185 cm.
With a digital camera with a USB port, the observed patterns can be observed on a computer screen. The software on the CD (CD - CD) allows you to capture a screen image and record videos. An electronic eyepiece (digital camera) can be inserted directly into the microscope tube. The length of the USB connection cable (USB cable) for transferring the image from the electronic eyepiece to the computer is 150 cm. The learning microscope has four legs built into the lower part and a durable base (Microscopic foot) for its reliable, quiet and firm placement on the base
A robust suitcase makes it easier to carry, protect against shocks and store the microscope and accessories. In addition to the learning microscope, the case contains 10 object slides, 5 cover glasses, four marked closed plastic containers with microscopy ingredients, an egg hatchery, a safe tool for precise cutting of thin slices of preparations, a protective tarpaulin for the microscope and pincers.
Smooth object slides with trimmed edges for greater safety and cover glass are placed in a padded plastic box with the possibility of safe storage of twelve object (roof) glasses. Between the enclosed object and roof glasses, there are observed objects (preparations) already inserted between the object and the roof glass. Included preparations are: housefly leg, onion skin, cross section of cotton stem, pine pollen and cross section of dicotyledon (sunflower).
Among the accessories is in the suitcaseThere are also four marked closed plastic containers with screw caps containing the ingredients and a substance for the permanent manufacture of objects (preparations) for observation with a microscope. The sealed, marked plastic containers contain saltwater crayfish eggs, sea salt intended for the preparation of saline solution (brine) for the development and survival of saltwater crayfish, yeast intended as food for the development and survival of saltwater crayfish, and a rubber conductor (intermediate) for permanent bonding (umbrella) slides on object slides with the observed object (preparation) inserted in the middle. For successful hatching of saltwater crayfish eggs, a four-chamber hatchery with a lid is included, which enables the viewing of saltwater crayfish directly in the hatchery. The hatching of saltwater crab eggs in the hatchery is carried out with the help of the drawn individual stages of development of this interesting living creature.
Safe and precise cutting of thin slices of preparations (objects for observation with a microscope) is enabled by the included double-sided sharp razor in a rotating protective housing with two openings for safe insertion of objects intended for cutting into thin slices. Tweezers were added.
Plastic protective tarpaulin (PE-LD) protects the learning microscope against dust and other dirt. The dimensions of the protective tarpaulin are 33 x 20 x 26 cm (height x width x length).
