250 W manual polymer polymer cutter
The thermal knife is intended for cutting polymers of the type Polypropylene (PP), Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and Expanded polystyrene (EPS). The blade temperature of the XPS thermal cutter, which allows the cutting of these materials, can be set with a five-stage switch from 100 to 450 degrees Celsius. Setting to the first-stage cutting temperature heats the blade to 100 degrees Celsius. The second-stage cutting temperature heats the blade to 160 degrees Celsius. A three-stage cutting temperature heats the blade to 230 degrees Celsius. A four-stage cutting temperature heats the blade to 360 degrees Celsius. A five-stage cutting temperature heats the blade to 450 degrees Celsius. The time to reach the maximum blade temperature of 450 degrees Celsius is 5 minutes.
With a movable bracket on the blade of the thermal cutter of extruded polystyrene, it is possible to adjust the depth of cut of the thermal cutter from 15 to 100 mm. At the same time, the movable bracket protects the hot blade against accidental contact with the surfaces.
The thermal blade for cutting styrofoam has a ribbed (profiled) and rubberized handle, which consequently allows a firm grip, and comfortable and safer work. The on / off switch is at the fingertips. There is a well-visible, red warning light on the handle to turn the construction styrofoam thermal cutter on and off.
