Steps to set up video subtitles in your native language:
1. Click on the video, then click the Youtube button in the lower right corner of the video again to open the video on the YouTube homepage.
2. A new browser window will open, in which you move the mouse to the lower right edge of the video and click on the gear symbol (Settings). Then use the mouse to select Subtitles and select English. English subtitles will appear.
3. For subtitles in the native language , use the mouse to select Subtitles again (if necessary, pre-select the gear character (Settings)), then select Automatic translation and select the language in which you want the video subtitles. To be able to subtitle in languages other than English, English subtitles must be enabled beforehand.
