MIG / MMA / TIG MIG-200 INVERTER MACHINE
The MIG-200 VERKE PREMIUM LINE inverter welder is a top-class welding device for MMA, MIG and TIG-LIFT work.
The welder can use most types of electrodes available on the market, incl. ordinary, rutile, cellulose. The welding machine can use electrodes intended for welding stainless steel, alloy steel, as well as non-ferrous metals.
The MIG welding properties of the machine are optimal for 0.8 mm steel wire. You can also use 0.6mm or 1.0mm solid or cored wire as welding wire
The Verke MIG200 IGBT welder is equipped with the following technologies:
Anti-stick - prevents short circuits, lowers the welding current to the minimum value at the time of making a mistake, when the electrode sticks to the welded material. This makes it easier to detach the electrode from the workpiece.
Arc force - stabilization of the short-circuit current, ensures a stable arc and a small amount of spatter, shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc regardless of length fluctuations, automatic or regulated with a potentiometer.
Hot start - when the arc is struck, the welding current is briefly increased by approx. 30%, which facilitates the appropriate shaping of the penetration and the weld face.
VRD - voltage reduction system that turns the power off within milliseconds after the end of welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage at the stick electrode to a safe level.
TIG LIFT - TIG welding using a special TIG torch with a valve. The arc is ignited by lightly rubbing the non-consumable electrode against the welded material.
MIG - welding with a consumable electrode in an inert gas shield.
