OIL FILLER WITH DRYER AND REDUCER 1/2 "V2
Two-piece set by VERKE for use in a pneumatic system. It consists of a filter reducer module and an oil dispenser. It performs the following functions:
- purification of the air from oil, condensate and solid particles
- setting and maintaining a constant value of the output pressure,
- oil saturation of the compressed air supplying receivers requiring lubrication.
The filter module is equipped with a filter insert. The condensate is deposited in a screw-on container with a manual drain. When the container is full (to the level of approx. 10 mm below the filter element), remove the condensate by opening the drain valve.
Oil dosing is regulated by a screw placed in the upper part of the transparent dome on the dispenser.
A convenient knob on the filter reducer is used to set the pressure. The knob has a lock protecting against unintentional change of setting - before adjustment, it should be unlocked by pulling it up. The measuring range of the manometer is 0 - 16 bar. The dial is graduated in bars with a graduation with an accuracy of 0.2 bar. The pressure gauge can be installed to the port on the filter reducer housing - you can choose between two connections: front or rear. Plug the unused port with the supplied plug.
A rear mounting bracket with screws is delivered with the kit. The set includes a quick coupling and a plug.
