OVERFLOW DIAGNOSTIC KIT FOR COMMON RAIL INJECTORS
Overflow diagnostic kit for COMMON RAIL injectors. The meter is equipped with tips for all currently produced Common Rail systems, i.e. Bosch, Denso, Delphi and Siemens.
Product characteristics:
The device is designed to diagnose injectors in diesel engines with a maximum of 6 cylinders, equipped with a Common Rail fuel supply system. It allows for an easy and quick diagnosis of the injectors based on the measurement of the amount of fuel discharged at the injector overflow. Thanks to this, you can easily find any damage, dirt or leakage of the injectors. Diagnostics consists in connecting samplers or a test strip, using appropriate adapters to the injector overflow lines, and comparing the amount of fuel supplied by individual injectors. Supplying a higher or lower dose of fuel by any injector means its defect. It can be used when starting the engine or during its operation on 6 cylinders simultaneously.
