Ultrasonic laser distance meter from 0.6 m to 16 m
Description of an ultrasonic laser distance meter from 0.6 m to 16 m
The ultrasonic laser meter for distances from 0.6 m to 16 meters is designed for easy and, above all, fast measurement of lengths and for the calculation of surfaces and volumes with the help of ultrasonic technology. The device additionally enables temperature measurement. The ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic distance meter is 40 kHz, the measuring range is from a minimum of 60 cm to a maximum of 16 m, the measuring accuracy is ± 1%.
To display the values, the ultrasonic laser rangefinder has a built-in large and transparent six-digit two-line liquid crystal display (LCD) showing numbers from 0 to 9999.99. It is possible to measure length, volume and area. All measured length, surface and volume values can be stored and added together. An ultrasonic laser rangefinder has a built-in dedicated button for this task. Different units of measurement can be set before the measurement. When measuring lengths, choose between a meter and a colo ("Zoll, inch, inch,"). When measuring surfaces, choose between a square meter (m²) and a square foot (square foot, sq ft, sf, ft²). When measuring volumes, choose between a cubic meter (m³) and cubic foot (ft³) Each selected unit is clearly illuminated on the liquid crystal display.
A stand-alone button switches the ultrasonic laser distance meter on and off. When the meter is turned on, an audible warning sounds with a short single beep. When the meter is turned off, an audible warning sounds with a short double beep. The ultrasonic laser meter automatically shuts off when not in use after 60 seconds.
With the ultrasonic laser rangefinder, we start measuring the distance by pressing a large and clear center button. During the measurement, the sound indicates the beginning, short course, and end of the measurement. The measured value is immediately displayed on the liquid crystal display (LCD) of the meter. In case of incorrect measurement, the error is displayed on the LCD display.
Switching between measuring lengths, areas and volumes is done by pressing the large switch button. A clear mark is then displayed on the liquid crystal LCD display of the ultrasonic laser rangefinder, indicating the measurement of length, area or volume.
With the help of a built-in thermometer, we can also use an ultrasonic laser meter to measure the ambient temperature in the Celsius temperature scale and, when switched, also in the Fahrenheit temperature scale. Both temperature scales are visibly marked on the LCD screen. In addition to all of the above, the liquid crystal display also shows that the inserted battery is discharged or charged. In the room where the battery is inserted into the ultrasonic distance meter, there is also a built-in tape, which makes it much easier to remove and replace a discharged battery. The type of battery inserted is a 9 Volt 6LR61 block battery, with a maximum voltage of 9 Volts.
The red laser diode (laser) helps to easily determine the final measuring point from which the ultrasonic sensor (sensor) will measure the distance on the ultrasonic remote control. The red laser diode (laser) is switched on with the button to start the measurement with the ultrasonic laser rangefinder. Simultaneously with the laser diode (laser), an ultrasonic sensor is also switched on, which then measures the distance. The laser wavelength is from 635 to 660 nm, the maximum P of the laser is less than 1mW according to the standard EN 60825-1: 2007. The laser class is 2.
The ultrasonic laser meter has a built-in spirit level (spirit level - vaservago - wasserwaage) for easy and precise adjustment. At the bottom of the ultrasonic laser meter, a horizontal surface is made for easier adjustment of the spirit level (level - vaservage), which is leaned against a flat surface and then a more accurate measurement of the distance to a parallel flat surface is performed. The robust and ribbed housing of the ultrasonic laser rangefinder ensures better grip of the user during work, and protection of the ultrasonic laser rangefinder in the event of an accidental fall from a height. All keys of the ultrasonic laser rangefinder are made of rubber, which allows comfortable and long-lasting use without much wear.
