Concrete vibrating needle - connection with side groove
The vibrating needle is not intended for construction companies and other craftsmen engaged in concreting foundations, concrete slabs and concrete walls. With constant and strong vibrations, the concrete will spill into the corners of the surface intended for concreting and will eventually be distributed in a relatively flat surface. Vibrated concrete that does not contain air bubbles significantly improves the anti-seismic parameters of new buildings.
The flexible vibrating shaft consists of strong and impact-resistant rubber, which is wrapped with a steel braid in addition to the vibrating needle in addition to the vibrating needle.
A new, internal steel braid (zajla) is installed, which drives an eccentric weight in the probe (head - needle - bottle). A used, impact-resistant rubber is added, which protects the inner steel braid from damage, and a used, impact-resistant steel needle (head - needle - bottle), which vibrates the concrete during operation.
The vibrating hose can be quickly and easily connected to the electric motor (motor unit) with your hands, as it is not necessary to use additional tools. The vibrating tube is connected to the motor unit (electric motor) with a simple one-way lock by means of a one-sided or circular handle. The one-sided or circular handle enables easy pulling out of the lock for connecting the vibrating tube and prevents and simplifies that the moving vibrating tube gets stuck on the electric motor, which can happen with a threaded connection when overtightening occurs due to vibrations. With a simple but reliable lock, it is also impossible for the vibrating tube to come off during work.
