Description of vibrating plate 106 kg 20 kN
The vibrating plate is intended for strengthening and leveling substrates before asphalting, when preparing substrates for foundations, before building sidewalks, terraces, in ditches, canals and before laying pavers. The vibrating plate compacts the substrate to a depth of 350 mm. It is suitable for compacting soil, gravel and sand. The surface of the vibratory plate is 600 x 500 mm.
The vibrating plate has a built-in reliable, tested, simple and robust four-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled 4100 Watt OHV petrol engine (unit) with internal combustion. Starting the petrol engine is manual by pulling the starting return cord. The petrol engine has a built-in automatic switch, which in the event of a lack of engine oil automatically shuts off the engine before damage occurs. Switching off the petrol engine is easy by pressing the red switch.
The vibrating plate has a built-in folding handle for easy guidance during work and later convenient storage. Wheels can be screwed to the vibrating plate with the help of screws, which enables easier transfer of the vibrp plate. On the folding handle for moving the machine, there is a large manual switch within arm's reach to add power and speed to the compactor. Additionally, a similar switch for adding power and speed to the mounting plate is located on the petrol engine.
The vibrating plate is distinguished by simple, robust and stable construction. Additional metal handles are found on the mounting plate for easier transfer. A rubber base can be additionally attached to the vibrating plate to help lay the pavers.
