General description of high frequency vibrating needle 1500 W

The 1500 W high-frequency vibrating needle is not intended for construction companies and other craftsmen who deal with the concreting of foundations, concrete slabs and concrete walls on a daily basis. At 18,000 rpm, it will meet all the need to eliminate unwanted air bubbles from fresh concrete. With constant and strong vibrations, the concrete will spill into every corner of the surface intended for concreting and will eventually be distributed in a relatively flat surface. Vibrated concrete that does not contain air bubbles significantly improves the anti-seismic parameters of new buildings.

The housing of the electric motor (motor unit - electric motor) consists of strong polycarbonate ABS plastic (ABS + PC alloy), which reduces vibrations, but also helps with water resistance and is highly resistant to shocks. The electric motor is made to withstand a fall from a height of 1.5 m, a water resistance test was also performed, as a double seal is built into the housing (unnecessary safety contact with water is not recommended for safety reasons - immersion of the electric motor in liquid is strongly advised against waterproof design intended primarily to protect the electrical device from drops spraying when vibrating liquid concrete).

Due to higher safety, the electric motor is fitted with double electrical insulation, and the electric cable is additionally reinforced and prevents excessive bending and physical damage.

The vibrating needle has also been tested for 72 hours of continuous operation.

The flexible vibrating needle consists of strong and impact-resistant rubber, which, in addition to the vibrating needle, is wrapped with a steel braid in addition to the vibrating needle.

In addition to the 1500 W electric motor, the package also includes a 4-meter vibrating tube with a diameter of 35 mm and a backpack for easy carrying of the electric motor (motor unit).

The motor unit (electric motor) weighs 4.8 kg, so the vibrating needle in combination with the shoulder strap and large transport handle is relatively easy and tireless to carry around the work environment.

The vibrating tube can be quickly and easily connected to the electric motor (motor unit) by hand, as no additional tools are required.
