DELIVERY
The cost and delivery time of your order are estimated at the checkout.
The assessment is made according to the weight of the products and their purpose.
We deliver orders anywhere in Slovenia and in all European countries.
METHODS OF DELIVERY
The courier can deliver your order right to your home.
Personal collection of products is possible by prior arrangement at the address of Proton d.o.o. with payment in cash or in advance via proforma invoice to the transaction account of Proton d.o.o.
If the customer finds a logistics service that is more suitable for him than GLS he should inform us about it, and we will make sure that we send the product after the selected delivery service. The customer has the right to choose the logistics service.
After paying for delivery, we reserve the right to choose another logistics company for delivery for various reasons, or to deliver the product ourselves. In no case will we charge the customer with additional postage costs after the postage has already been paid.
PAYMENT
Payment in cash, upon receipt of the product.
Payment by bank card when ordering the product via the website. Payment by bank card or mobile phone with a built-in NFC sensor and a banking application installed is also possible at the courier, upon receipt of the product.
Payment of proforma invoice / offer via bank transfer. Place an order, receive a proforma invoice / offer, which you then pay by regular bank transfer or using a universal payment order.
Payment by mobile phone. Place an order, receive a pro forma invoice / offer with a printed QR code, open a banking application on your mobile phone and capture the displayed QR code and confirm the payment.
