Turbine digital flow meter
The flow of diesel fuel (gas oil - oil), heating oil, gasoline, kerosene, methanol, AdBlue liquid, urea, water and chemicals can be measured with a digital turbine meter. The digital flow meter is intended for use in the petroleum, chemical, medical, transportation and food industries.
The enabled flow of the digital turbine meter is from 10 L / min to 100 L / min with a pressure of 20 bar. The digital meter measures the amount and speed of fluid flow.
The housing of the digital turbine flow meter is protected by a high-quality ribbed rubber cover, which cushions shocks and protects the digital flow meter from damage in the event of rough and robust handling. The digital flow meter has a nominal external thread Ø 25 mm (1 inch - 1 Zoll - 1 "- 1 inch) on the inlet and outlet side of the fluid. The digital turbine flow meter can be screwed directly to the automatic refueling tap.
The digital flow meter has a five-digit high-precision sensitive adjustable digital display (from 0.000 to 9999.9) for measuring the single flow of diesel fuel, for measuring the amount of diesel flow in liters, decilitres, centiliters and milliliters. The digital display of the meter can be turned as desired by unscrewing the four screws. When measuring a single fuel flow of up to 99 liters, the digital meter measures up to a milliliter accurately, up to 999 liters up to a centiliter accurately and up to 9999 liters up to a deciliter accurate.
The one-time diesel flow meter can be reset. In addition to the main single-flow turbine meter, a seven-digit high-precision, sensitive and adjustable digital meter (0 to 999999.9) is installed to measure the total diesel flow in liters, with an additional decimal to measure the diesel flow in deciliters. The total diesel flow meter also has the option of resetting the single diesel flow meter. The reset is performed automatically, when the total flow value reaches 9999.9. The accuracy of fuel flow measurement on both meters is ± 1%.
The digital flow meter can be purposefully calibrated manually when dispensing different liquids with different composition. Kerosene thus has a different composition than diesel fuel, so higher deviations in flow measurement may occur. In such a case, the kerosene is poured into a measuring container with precisely imprinted measuring markings. If the amount of kerosene refilled on the fuel gauge is 100 liters, when in fact 103 liters of kerosene are filled in the tank according to the measuring marks, then the digital turbine fuel flow meter can be calibrated at the push of a button, at the next flow showed a more precise quantity.
On the digital flow meter, you can set different units for measuring the flow meter. We can set the flow measurement in Liters, Gallons, Pints and Quarts.
