IGBT-120 INVERTER WELDING MACHINE
The VERKE inverter welder is a top-class MMA welding device (welding with a wide range of coated electrodes). It is designed to carry out a wide range of welding tasks as part of the MMA method, it enables welding elements and structures made of carbon, stainless, galvanized and cast iron steels with the use of appropriate coated electrodes (rutile, cellulose, basic, for galvanized steel, stainless steel INOX) in all the most popular diameters and required items. Smooth regulation and digital display of the current setting enable the selection of optimal parameters depending on the type and thickness of the processed materials and the electrodes used. The device has an integrated cooling system (thermostat and fan), which protects against overheating and significantly extends the time of uninterrupted operation. It is equipped with the functions of optimization of the welding arc HOT START (supports the ignition of the arc), ARC FORCE (stabilizes the arc in case of fluctuations in its length) and ANTI STICK (reduces sticking of the electrode to the processed material). The welder uses standard 230 V mains power.
