SanDisk was founded in 1988 by dr. Eli Harari, Jack Yuan and Sanjay Mehrotra, experts in non-volatile memory technology. SanDisk became the publicly traded company NASDAQ in November 1995. Since March 2013, its market capitalization has exceeded $ 13 billion.
