Air / water heat pump 7 kW monoblock 230 V -15 ° C R410A

The heat pump can be operated in conjunction with underfloor or radiator heating. Choosing the right heat pump of the right power is crucial for user satisfaction. Air / water heat pump 7 kW monoblock 230 V -15 ° C R410A can heat the water in the heat storage tank to 60 degrees Celsius. The heat pump can automatically switch between cooling and heating the water in the heat accumulator or heating the water in the sanitary water heater. There are two timers with which it is possible to regulate the operating time of the heat pump. Efficient and balanced operation is ensured by the heater, which defrosts any frozen heat exchanger at the appropriate time. The heat pump is controlled via a color digital display.

Thermal power

The heat pump has a maximum heat output of 7 kW. It can be connected to 230 V, 50 Hz single-phase AC AC voltage. The required thermal power for heating a building is calculated from the energy needs of the building, prescribed by a civil engineer or energy consultant. It should be noted that the heat output of the heat pump decreases with decreasing outdoor ambient temperatures, while on the other hand the heat output in the building increases. It makes sense to install a slightly more powerful heat pump than the required heat needs of the building, as this avoids the installation of additional heating devices intended for reheating at extremely low outdoor temperatures.

Electricity consumption

In order for a heat pump to reach kW of heat output, it consumes 1.84 kW / h of electrical power. Electricity consumption can also be higher, due to additional connected components, e.g. circulating electric pump or additional heater in the heat accumulator for possible reheating.

COP - Performance Coefficient

The capacity factor (COP) shows the ratio between the amount of heat generated by a heat pump and the energy it uses for its operation. a capacity factor of 4.2 means that the heat pump emits 4.2 times more energy than it consumes itself. Another measure of heat pump efficiency is the annual efficiency factor. Like the Performance Coefficient (COP), this one also describes the energy used by the heat pump in relation to the heating energy produced, but on average for the whole year. An air source heat pump is considered efficient if it reaches an annual efficiency factor of 3.5. The air / water heat pump 7 kW monoblock 230 V -15 ° C R410A has a maximum capacity factor (COP) of 3.8.

Thermal power

The heat pump generates a maximum heat output of 7 kW with a power consumption of 1.84 kW / h. The heat pump takes energy from the environment (anergy) and converts it into useful heat for heating the building with the help of electricity. The heat pump produces heat at an ambient temperature of up to -15 degrees Celsius. The warmer the ambient temperature of the surroundings, the more energy we can draw from the environment.

Heat production in the heat pump

The heat pump basically consists of four components.
1. capacitor
2. Electronic expansion valve
3. Evaporator
4. Compressor

The air / water heat pump 7 kW monoblock 230 V -15 ° C R410A contains R410A refrigerant. The heat pump compresses the refrigerant to a certain pressure (4) by means of a compressor. When the refrigerant is compressed, the temperature rises from 30 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius. The hot refrigerant then flows through the condenser (1), where the heat is transferred to the heating water via a coaxial ribbed heat exchanger. The refrigerant cools and condenses in the condenser, but remains compressed. The cooled refrigerant at about 30 degrees Celsius expands again in the automatic expansion valve. The coolant temperature in the expansion valve drops to -15 degrees Celsius and moves to the evaporator (heat exchanger). In the heat exchanger, the refrigerant is heated by contact with the outside air and evaporates at the same time. The process is constantly repeated as it is a closed circle. Because the pump is installed outdoors, it has an infinite amount of heat energy available, which it obtains from the outside air. The heat pump operates down to -15 degrees Celsius outside temperature. If it gets colder than -15 degrees Celsius in winter, the heat pump does not produce more heat energy than it uses for electricity. At our latitudes, we usually reach a temperature of -15 degrees Celsius in just a few winter nights, even in the time before dawn. To overcome these coldest parts of the year, when the pump has lower efficiency, it is recommended to use a heat accumulator, which the air heat pump fills with hot water during the day and is then available.for use at night. The use of a heat accumulator is mandatory.

Heat pump components

Evaporator

The evaporator (heat exchanger) in the heat pump serves as an important component for heat exchange between the environment - the outside air and the heating system. This absorbs heat from the environment and at the same time releases the produced cold into the environment. The built-in high-efficiency heat exchanger consists of a hydrophilic aluminum foil that does not oxidize and does not show signs of decomposition even after several years of operation. This type of heat exchanger has a great advantage, as condensed water can be removed from the heat pump very quickly with the help of generated wind energy, which is blown through the exchanger by powerful fans. The construction of copper tube and aluminum foil brings high efficiency and thus increases the effect of the evaporator.

Capacitor
The condenser in the heat pump serves as an important component for the heat exchange generated by the heating in the heat pump. The obtained heat is transferred to the heating system. The heat pump uses a new technology developed in the US that has a better exchange effect than conventional heat exchangers. A coaxial spiral condenser is built in, which provides better heat transfer with a very small size. The heat exchanger has a very long service life.

Compressor

In the process of obtaining thermal energy, the compressor serves to compress the refrigerant. Compressing the refrigerant creates a higher pressure in the circuit, causing the refrigerant to heat up. This obtained thermal energy is given to the heating system through an efficient Copeland or. Panasonic's co, presor. For Copeland oz. Panasonic compressors are characterized by durability, overload protection, overheating protection, dry running protection and high and low pressure protection.

Electronic expansion valve

The function of the expansion valve in the heat pump is to decompress the refrigerant. The energy generated by the condenser is reduced and the refrigerant reaches a lower temperature than the initial one. The coolant temperature then rises in the evaporator (heat exchanger). The built-in expansion valve is the result of the development of Japanese innovators, who with their development rank at the very top of technology in this field. Thus controlled electronic expansion valve provides a high value of the coefficient of performance - COP.

The Control Panel

The heat pump has fully automatic control. Temperature, additional heating and automatic defrosting are set automatically. Such control can be used in different systems.

Type (level - class) of protection of the heat pump against external weather influences

IPx4 - The heat pump is protected against spraying water from all directions, spraying water has no harmful effects on the device. During the test, the amount of water sprayed was limited to 10 liters per minute and the test was performed for 5 minutes. Water was sprayed on the heat pump with a pressure of 80 -100 KPa (0.8 - 1 bar)

Type (level - class) of protection of the heat pump against electric shock

1 (I) - All electrical conductors are insulated, metal parts are earthed via their own insulated green-yellow electrical conductor, which in the case of a properly established external electrical network allows immediate disconnection of electricity supply to the heat pump in the event of a fault
