A table tile cutting machine can be a portable and quick-setting device. For firm placement on the base, the cutter table can be placed on four lengthwise adjustable non-slip rubber feet, or the cutter table can simply be placed on a solid and flat surface in a well-lit room. With a diamond circular saw, we can cut all types of ceramic tiles up to 900 mm long for wall and floor cladding. The circular saw is also suitable for cutting stone, brick, clinker brick and other ceramic products that are in accordance with the dimensions and within the capacity of the rotary cutter.
The built-in water pump supplies water directly to the circular blade, which allows the rotary blade to cool and prevents dusting. The spread of annoying and often harmful dust is thus severely limited during work, and the life of the blade is extended due to water cooling. The pump draws water from a large container located under the cutting table.
In addition to the longitudinal movement of the hanging blade with the motor by means of a convenient and large handle, the oblique blade is tilted up to 45 degrees and thus also allows lateral cutting of workpieces. Different side cutting angle is easily adjustable. Parallel identical precise longitudinal cuts are provided by a flat guide with a written millimeter scale from 0 to 150 mm. The length of the cut is up to 930 mm. Two pins can be twisted on the blade guide with the motor if desired, thus precisely adjusting and doubling the length of the workpiece cut. An adjustable protractor with a scale of 0 to 90 degrees for precise oblique and diagonal cuts is also added.
The electrical conductor of the movable cutting head is inserted into a plastic housing, which prevents it from getting entangled in the work surface and automatically unwinds and winds when the cutting head is moved.
The set includes two wrenches with 20, 10, 9 and 8 mm attachments for assembling an electric tile cutter with a movable circular blade. A wrench for unscrewing and screwing the saw blade is also included.
